You may wish to contact the user who left feedback and try to resolve the issue. Most users will accept to remove negative feedback once you have contacted them and resolved the issue.
Please also respond to the feedback left on your account and explain your side of the story.
We do not remove feedback as a rule unless it is deemed abusive or inappropriate. If you believe you have received inappropriate feedback you can email "email@example.com". We will then investigate your interactions with the user who left the feedback to assess if it is appropriate.
