My number is already in use, what should I do?

If you see this message when attempting to SMS verify, it means your phone has already received an SMS verification code and is registered on another account.

We do not allow duplicate accounts so the same number cannot be used to register another account.

If you have an old account, you will need to continue using that account.

If you do not already have a previous account and receive this message, please email with your username and the number you are trying to verify, we can then find out on what account the number was registered. If a friend or family member used your number to verify their account, please mention this in your email.
